Our Creative Director, Jodi was born into a family of avid entertainers. Family gatherings were always noisy affairs,
long buffet tables overflowing with decadent and delicious food and treats.
Her grandparents Fanny and Hansi and parents Lorraine and Ivan, filled their family homes with love and food.
They taught Jodi to pay attention to both taste and aesthetics, to treat ingredients with respect and love and pour her heart and soul into every creation.
Every year when the Jewish High Holidays rolled closer, Jodi would look to find a beautiful and meaningful gift for her family and friends. Every year she was underwhelmed by the choices. There was nothing she could find that was aesthetically beautiful, Kosher and worthy of her food and art loving family.
Jodi got to work putting together something she herself would love to receive and FRESS Gourmet Platters was born.
With a background in the food industry and promotional gifts, Jodi put on her artists hat and created her first platter of gourmet deliciousness.
